Skyline charges a fare for rides on the Link between Bozeman and Big Sky. Riders can pay a cash fare or purchase a bus pass at a variety of participating businesses (listed at the end of this page).
Local Big Sky Service is Zero-Fare
Skyline does not charge a fare for rides on the local Big Sky routes. The local service within Big Sky is zero-fare.

General Pass Information
- Customers can pay a cash fare of $5 to ride, however there is a substantial cost savings by purchasing a bus pass in advance (average cost of $2.50 per ride).
- Bus drivers do not sell passes on the bus, so please visit one of the participating businesses to purchase your bus pass in advance.
- Punch passes are transferable and may be shared. Each rider will require a punch on the pass, so make sure you have enough rides left on your pass for yourself and anyone else you may be sharing with.
- A punch is required each way for each rider using a Punch Pass.
